Client Profile - Advantage Air
The growth of Advantage Air, Australia’s leading manufacturer of energy efficient air conditioning control systems to over 100 staff in 6 locations in Australia and South Africa over the past 10 years, has been supported by Triumph.
Uncommon in this industry Advantage Air continues to manufacture in Australia and its success against cheaper imported products has been driven by innovation and high quality standards in service and new product development. A substantial investment in R+D has resulted in the company being awarded patents, registered designs and design awards.
The 38 user Triumph system in Australia runs under Windows Terminal Services supporting branches in Perth and Brisbane. Advantage Air have recently set up a 12 user Triumph system for their South Africa operation servicing branches in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town.
As well as running the Multi-Division module to consolidate their branches, they run Bill of Materials, Inventory and Job Costing for the manufacturing and costing processes. To aid in the efficient processing of sales orders, they use the B2B eCommerce module to allow agents to place orders and look at inventory and order status over the Internet.
